Accounting: Manages accounts payable & receivable. Utilizes Quickbooks for invoicing and reconciliation.
User Experience: Turns Product Development's vision an easy-to-use, tangible interface ready for programmers to build.
Marketing: Develops content to engage potential and current partners. Responsible for preparing marketing materials for Sales and managing customer databases.
Sales: Cultivates relationships with potential customers and relays the value of our products through demos and tradeshows.
Affiliate Success: Provides partners with guidance and direction on how to best utilize our products to achieve their goals.
Account Management: Instrumental in launching new partners and providing top-notch, one-to-one support to partners.
Advanced Support: Supports our partners and tackles high level issues, trains new partners, sets up and administers national contests.
Technology & Systems*: Programmers transform our designs into working software. Manages servers and systems to ensure our products are working at optimal speed.
